Hydraulic Brake Issue

I may just be being dense however I had to remove my front wheel to transport my bike, on getting the bike rebuilt and setting off, I noticed my hydraulic brake lever was incredibly stiff and had limit movement.

Have I buggered it?

Brakes are Ultegra discs if that helps.

If you accidentally press the lever with the wheel off it will close the distance between the pads. This normally results in you not being able to get the wheel back on or the brake rubbing the disc. If neither of these things are happening then happy days if they still work normally. You can always lever the pads further apart of you want it back how it was.
