Warranty info request.

Hi all,
We have now had our T350c for two years, so the Factory Warranty has run out.
I would like some recommendations on who to contact, and whether or not you were satisfied with their service.
This must have been asked before somewhere on here, but i can't find it!!!
When we had a Chim, we used to be with Warranty holdings, but have heard that "They ain't no more" is this true ?
