Firstly thanks for viewing my thread, I hope it comes across as I mean it to and not arrogant or snobbish.

Im currently driving a 2009 320D M Sport which is a brilliant all round car, I really cannot fault it.

Recently I have picked up work abroad, meaning I am in the UK for stints of 3 weeks at a time, and I would like to spend some money on something a little more 'out there' for my car when I am home....but for the life of me I cant think where to direct my interests!

Im looking at a maximum price of 25,000 but I know theres a lot of cars for much less than are brilliant. MPG, running costs and practicality arent really an issue. So only taking into consideration the cost....what would you suggest?

Depends what you want to do with it.

I’d be looking a Lotus S1 or TVR Griffith/Chimaera for that sort of money, which would leave you some cash for insurance/running costs/trackdays/whatever

For £25k if all you want is something that is an event I don't think you can do much better than this.
