Hey all, I'm looking at trying to get into motorbikes. Always wanted to try one but growing up my family were all against it and no one was supportive in terms of information etc.

This summer loads of people at work having been enjoying their bikes and after chatting to a few people I'd love to give it a go.

After looking online it appears I need to do my CBT and a bike theory test to ride up to a 125cc. I can then do my direct access, I'm 26, to get my full A license; is that correct?

Any advice or help would be much appreciated as I know nothing and I get lost as soon as someone has tried verbally explaining it to me..

I'm thinking about doing the same. Being over 21 (I'm more than double that depressingly)Direct Access would seem to be the way to go. I think it would be an idea to pass the theory test in advance though perhaps

The das course is split. You can get a 4,5,6,7 day course. It’s basically...

Day 1: cbt
Day 2: training on big bike
Day 3: mod 1
Day 4: training on big bike
Day 5: mod 2

The days aren’t run consecutively. You complete the mod 1 then they book the mod 2. My das course was over 4 weeks .
