A post saying you had heard that another PHer had committed offensive sexual acts is not acceptable.
If in future you wish to discuss moderation please adhere to Posting Rule 23:

‘You cannot mail moderators directly. If you have a complaint about or issue with the moderation of the forums, do not post threads in Website Feedback but email [e-mail].’

You will be unlikely to get a reply over the weekend.
