Apprenticeship ending. Does my time in service reset?

My apprenticeship is about to end, meaning i have to sign another contract with the same company.

Im assuming that my time in service includes the years served as an apprentice. Is this the case from a legal POV?

Depends on the company sometimes, although apprentices at my company where company overalls they are actually employed by a contract firm so Terrie time with our company and the related benefits don’t start until the end of their apprenticeship.
