Has anyone ever fitted H&R adjustable anti roll bars?
If so, what adjustment did you find optimum?
Fitted to a 645ci for reference, currently on medium front and rear.
Common consensus seems to be stiff front and loose rear but this seems counterintuitive as I would have thought that would induce more under steer?

I’ve no experience of adjustable arbs. However you’re correct in your theory. Maybe experiment and see. Sometimes the reality of car suspension modifications is different to what you expect or what others have reported online. If so, what adjustment did you find optimum?
