So my Vantage V8 arrives tomorrow.

Already looking at upgrading the media system. Spoke to a guy called James down in the Cotswolds and he has a great system.

However, I'm not a massive fan of the stock steering wheel. I know how to remove it after reading a useful post on here. Remove two torx screws, airbag then just one screw for the wheel.

What i'm not 100% sure on it what wheels I can put on. Assume I don't care about the steering wheel controls, what sporty stylish modern wheel can I fit? Any of them?

Anyone got any pics of theirs?

What do you mean by change the switches ?

Option 1 - have no working switches.

Option 2 - just unplug the wires and out into right switch ?

Optiok 3 - something i don’t know about

Cheers

Craig

I have had four wheels remade by a guy in Poland

First two where for RS Audis

My V8V wheel is thicker than normal and has a flat bottom on it

I'm just getting the wheel for my V12 done too, thicker, flat bottom

He charges €300-350 to do it plus freight - top quality and very reasonable price

You need to supply a 'blank' for him to work on (can be your existing wheel but means you will be without it for a couple of weeks

I'll post a photo tomorrow when on my main computer, or email me
