Natwest and paperless statements

WE have been paperless for years but for some reason natwest decided to send a paper statement for our credit card account. Puzzled, I check our account and yep, we have ticked the paperless box and checked that the "we will contact you with email to "this account"" was also ticked.
So I unticked then reticked the paperless statement box and 4 days later.........wait for it.....we get a paper letter telling us that we are paperless.

I dont pay any fees for our account and pay off the CC in full every month, so if your a Natwest customer in a paying account........ enjoy.
