Diesel Peugeot 3008, about five years old, has a problem with one of the fuel injectors and is currently at the Peugeot garage.
Well, there are three options on the table at the moment and we're trying to find the right one :

A) Replace only the one bad fuel injector for approximately £600 and hope for the best

B) have the current fuel injectors reconditioned, returned and put back in for approximately £1600

C) have all new fuel injectors put in for approximately £2500 which, since we don't actually have that kind of money to hand, we would have to pay off over approximately two years.

Bearing in mind that this car has a part exchange value, when working, of approximately £3500 (somewhat optimistically) and a retail resale of maybe around £4000, what would be your suggestion?

Any advice you can give, especially regarding fuel injectors and their behaviour over time, would be really helpful. Thank you!

Obviously after checking it is the right one as there may be several different ones.

The other 3 will go not long after so it depends if you want to keep it. I've replaced 3 for £800 using Siemens injectors, you don't have to get the work done at Peugeot.
