I've had this 318 2007 for about a month, and the EML light has come on. My garage check says misfire on 3 injector, but it seems to be running fine. Any thoughts? thanks in advance

Or M47? He says 318, but doesn't say 318i or 318d. Anyhow it's all guesswork, codes & live readings are key here.
