Limited slip diff
Discussion
Having nearly finished a wedge resto I'm in the fault finding phase, the car will not push forward ( and yes it's out of gear and handbrake off) it drives fine. jacked up, the rear wheels spin backwards but will not turn forwards (very slight movement) it's not the rear brakes locking on and it's not the UJ, having never had a limited slip diff im wondering if this is just how it's meant to be?
Weird... no that's not how an LSD behaves. If you jack up the rear and turn one wheel the LSD will make the other rear wheel turn in the same direction and turn the propshaft at the same time; non LSD would turn the 'other' rear wheel the opposite way to the one you're turning and not turn the prop.
I assume you have both rear wheels off the ground?
