New X5 - M sport plus pack ride

I'm considering the 30d, some dealers have the M Sport Plus pack included at the moment (as well as tech pack), plus some attractive contributions - makes for some decent deals.

I test drove a standard car on 20" wheels, felt pretty good with air suspension. Adding the M sport plus pack adds 21" and often 22" wheels for stock cars.

Does anyone have any experience they can share of the 21" and 22" wheels? Feels I would be stupid to not have the 'plus' pack but I am really looking for a decent ride.
