Sorry folks but this is slightly different!
Drivers side dipped beam not working so researched previous threads and decided on Silver Stars from powerbulbs. One problem, on checking that mine were H4's I found that they are sealed units.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement or suggest an upgrade that will fit without damaging wiring, costing the earth etc.
Details of exist ing units are :-

Wagner-12.8V
60/45W G6 Pilot TW4 W5W

Thanks

Vehicle Wiring Products do the correct sort of 7" bowl, mountings and lens assembly for H4 bulbs. They have a website..

Thanks Ian
I've ordered a conversion kit & 100/80 bulbs (for use off road of course) from vehicle wiring.
Thanks for your help.

Should be ok (put em on my 350) but make sure the wires are ok for the extra current.

The conversion kit comes with a set of 60/55's.
I guess I could leave them & clean the inside of the windscreen instead of fitting the 100/80's but hey nearly 23 years of accumulated grime is part of the car's history!
