Rear Brakes fail MOT ???

Just had the Griff 500 MOT'd and failed on Horn not working, and Rear brakes giving low performance with handbrake and Footbrake??? Any ideas, or could it be as simple as New Pads? Thanks in advance for any help...As for the horn (OOh ER Misses) it was supposidly fixed by a TVR main dealer in Surrey, but seems to have failed again, horn button okay but checking wiring today.. Are you sure that the horns not working ??? Maybe the bloke just couldn't hear it over the engine.

Quite sure, unfortunately...Seems like rear caliper on R/h side was stuck (ie will not wind in) Any one bought calipers for a griff 500 on a P-plate. Just been to fords, £150 each inc VAT. And TVR want £190 each.. Outragous.Believe these are from a sierra xr4. But will see when new parts arrive tommorrow.
