R8 LMX or R8 Plus

Funny how times change when the prev model final edition LMX was released there were stacks for sale and many remained unsold littering the classifieds for the next few years. Ditto for the same generation R8 Plus model. I remember chewing over many of these, a lot pre registered too. There was even a fair spread of manuals to choose from...Read recently that only 9 manual Plus's are out there. Cant believe this is correct. I seem to remember a lot re different colours and specs??

Not so these days - Now and then an auto Plus comes to market but I cant remember the last time I saw a manual or indeed an LMX for sale??

A few years back, I nearly scooped a matte grey LMX, think no 37, which was doing the rounds - A fine looking car if ever there was one.....

Maybe their all tucked up in collections???
