My sign in keeps dropping out. What do I do?

I've had the same problem for a few days, even clearing logins and cookies doesn't fix it.

I can’t remember, but it will be a browser setting rather than a PH issue. A setting to clear all cookies on closing the browser or something like that.

It's certainly not that in my case.

I'm suffering the same in Chrome (Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on OSX Mojave 10.14.6). Have deleted cookies, disabled ad blocker, signed in, out and in again, but every time I close the tab and go back to PH it thinks I'm not signed in. Clicking the sign in button immediately signs me in without asking for username/password so it sort of half knows who I am, but it just won't stick.

Happening here as well. On safari, don’t know what version but it’s the latest one (iPad).

Only been occurring recently.

Is there a 'fix'? Seems odd that this is happening nowadays.

There has been changes to Apple browsers with into 2.1 and greater which deletes cookies at every shortening intervals supposedly due to safety but as an attack to Google. Google have released similar but I don't think it is auto enforced for two more versions. No idea on Firefox.

Mine does similar, I don't appear to be logged in but if I hit reply it goes straight through to the 'Reply to Topic' text box without having to log in.

No response from the mods to this.

Does one have to email them officially to get them to respond, or would they normally pick up from a thread like this?

Just enable cookies. Problem fixed. If you choose to browse the internet with your cookies disabled then this is what happens as the sites need the cookie to remember who you are. If you don't give it a cookie then you have to re-login everywhere.
