When I was looking for my first (used) car in 2005, these were must haves, along with a CD player, but many cars back then would be missing one or all. Cars that ticked all those boxes were gold dust!
I’m curious as to what the modern day equivalent of these is, as obviously pretty much all cars now come with everything that seemed a luxury back then. What essential additional equipment would a first timer looking at c. 10 year old cars be after these days?
