LinkedIn lists/blocking people

Hi all,

I'm looking to start a part time (to start with) business however I am wondering whether it's possible to create lists so that people I currently work with cannot see certain updates etc? Nothing sinister in it at all but I'm a remote worker so would rather people aren't seeing (scheduled) posts from me during 'work hours' etc. It looks like it's against LinkedIn T&Cs to have multiple profiles and I don't particularly want to block people permanently.
