Hi

Got the above with XP Media Centre about 3 months ago. It has wirelss mouse and keyboard.

About 6 weeks after I got it the screen decides to keep blanking out every time I move the mouse or press a key. It started again today....6 weeks later again. I took batteries out of keyboard and mouse, put them back in and everything OK again!!!

Can someone tell me if this is a "feature" to tell me to replace batteries or what!!! Tech support never call back so that's a waste of time.

Would be a really anoying feature especially as they could have just put a message up saying "battery in keyboard or mouse low please change - thanks"

but hey is a Microsoft product so you never know

I would persevere with Tech support and see if they have an answer.

Thanks. They think it's the signal from the mouse and keyboard getting screwed!!!
