Missing posts

Ted , I had a reply or two to my "Fork Renovation" thread on bike banter over the weekend , and have come in to work today to retrieve the info supplied , and they have gone .

I appreciate that anyone has a right to delete their contribution , but I can't see why in this case anyone would want to .

Can you enlighten me ? (ie at least confirm that they were there but have been deleted)

Edit : plus , on various "my stuff" things , the post count is erroneous , this post showing two replies for instance , and the fork thing shows three .
