4yr old Macan vs others depreciation

Looking at a small suv and got thinking
Taking only depreciation into account as obviously the Macan would probably win hands down in every aspect what would these 3 be worth in 3 years time doing about 10k each year ans starting at say 40,000 miles
2015 Macan S. £35k
2015 x5 3.0d m sport £27k
2016 jag f pace r-sport. £27k

Not much difference then. Couple of thousand between them all.
Those retail prices or trade in ?

I wouldn't call any of those a small SUV.

I ran a Macan for 5 months.

Maybe the parking spaces around my way are small, but I often came back to it and struggled to get in if someone had parked in the next bay with a similar sized SUV.

The doors are pretty thick.

Yea she wasnt keen on the Q3. Will try to get a look at a Q5 at the start of this week but will probably end in the same result as the Q3

I would have thought retail prices.

I personally use the rule of thumb of 50% depreciation every three years. If i recover more than that then its a bonus.
