Bluetooth not connecting - showing different pins?
Discussion
I didn't know whether to put this here or in the Ford section so feel free to move it.
I normally have two phones connected to my Ford's Sync system, a work phone for phone calls and my private phone for streaming. The other day while streaming the system froze and deleted all stored phones.
Now whenever I try to connect any phone, the phone is picking up a different pin than what is on the screen so wont connect. If I press cancel on the phone and try again, it brings up another different pin.
I've tried turning the bluetooth off and on and even a master reset but it's still showing different pins.

Any ideas?

I'm not an expert by any means, but have you tried deleting the cars Bluetooth from the list of available devices on your phone completely then starting from scratch ensuring the phone is 'discoverable'? ie delete from list, turn Bluetooth off, restart phone, turn Bluetooth on, ensure discoverable is on, then starting pairing again.
If so, then you could try cleaning the Bluetooth cache on your phone (wont affect any actual Bluetooth connections)-
settings>apps>show system processes>Bluetooth>storage>clear cache.
All the above wont actually delete anything from the phone's system, so worth trying before clearing any phone data.
{All this is assuming it's the fault of the phone, but having Googled Ford Sync Bluetooth issues, it seems that some have found a solution on the car - this is a quote from a Ford Forum (nothing to do with me - I just found it with a search)
"You're going to have to take out the fuse on the front passenger side for the sync system. Look in your manual for which one it is. After you take it out turn the car on for a couple of minutes. If your sync doesn't turn on you're doing great. After that turn off the car and then put the fuse back in. It should work fine afterwards"}
If that doesn't work, then follow above for clearing phone Bluetooth cache, but try clear data instead which will clear all Bluetooth connected devices' data.
If still no luck, then make a note of any 'network settings' from the phone (ie wifi passwords, phone's data connection details and any other Bluetooth devices details) and do a ''Reset network settings' - settings>system>reset>reset network settings>reset network settings
Just a few ideas 'till someone who knows more about this comes along (assuming none of the above work..! )
