6v Bike Battery supplier problem

Apologies if this is a numpty question, but I'm not a biker.
A friend of mine has asked me to sell her late partners classic bike. It hasn't been run for over 2 years and so I need to get it going again.
The 6v battery is only showing 2v and so is probably knackered. I've been looking for a replacement, but can't find one locally.
Mail order suppliers now only appear to supply dry batteries, so where can I get it filled with acid?
Alternatively, where can I get a prefilled battery like this?

Does the bike have coil ignition?

If it's old enough to have a magneto it will start without a charged up battery
