Hello fellow landlords

I've got to get some tennants sorted tomorrow and can't find anywhere that sells these documents (you used to be able to get them from WHSmiths)

Getting short on time now, any ideas ??

Try Staples or a CD 500 legal forms from PC World

Too late mate

Need it today, to fill in before they move in 9:00 tomorrow

406, are yout sure stples has them, they're not too far away. Electronic copy would do at a push. But I'd prefer to buy them really. Looks more professional

About a £5 from www.oyezformslink.co.uk/assured_shortholds.asp?
Cheers

What's the difference between the one you see in preview and the one they e-mail you for £5

I'd always thought the preview was locked to stop it being printed but it appears not.

It's not locked, but when you print it 'specimen' is over the text.
