Hello all,

Just to say my C4 now works with it's replacement engine, seems to go fine. Must say big thanks to:

Chas and Rich for their transport and removal/reinstallation services
Ash for the workshop space
Sciencebird for patience and going back 90 miles to pick up the keys which -ahem- someone left when he wanted to pick the car up... - oh, and she rebuilt most of the intake manifold too...

Hockenheim here we cooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeee!!!

It's a shame you aren't going to Le Mans as well, but I assume you will be making an appearance at the Nationals?

I along with Shoebag shifted 5 tonnes of pea shingle and about 12 tonnes of concrete over the weekend. We were both a little "tired" by Monday evening......nice suntan though

Thanks for the encouragement all, not just now but also during putting it back in!

VHR - yes I'll be at the Nationals, and so will Sciencebird so Shoebag can interrogate !!!

Have taken the car out at lunchtime, good news is that rear wheel steering still works in the wet! (Must be more careful...)

As for LM, I''m sure I will be pining to be there whilst you all are, but Hochenheim will make up for it!

.....you really, really, really should make the effort to come to Le Mans especially if the Corvettes win again and we all get invited to the free piss up afterwards like last year!
