Anyone near Castle Donington?

Anyone local to Castle Donington with free time on their hands fancy test driving a car for me? I’m based in Northern Ireland but have seen a car I fancy. The missus has informed me I’m nuts looking at cars in the mainland but there is next to nothing here locally in NI. Not to mention the potential savings even if I was to fly over and ferry it back...

Problem would be if I fly over, realise the car is crooked and then end up having to fly back again at extra cost, plus waste a potentially pre-booked ferry fee.

Another option possibly available to me is to get it transported over for free (mate of a mate of a mate) which would mean even more savings but again I’m not game enough to buy unseen...

Any takers?

I'm near by but my record isn't great on buying cars. I assume its not one at the available car place?

Hi,

It was availablecar. Should I have been wary? Decided not to go for it in the end. Felt it was too much hassle to be honest. It was sold the same day I declined it though. To be far it did look a good deal, I personally just couldn’t make it work.

Probably the opposite. A couple of my colleagues have bought from there and the cars have been fine. Possibly to the extent that if you know what car you want I wouldn't bother test driving it. They're a multi site place and work on the basis of getting a load of cars or if the door hassle free each week.
