Small urban car - max 1.5k

Hi Chaps,

I know it might sound quite optimistic but I do need a small, cheap car. Very small, easy to park, less hassle (ideally reliable), cheap to tax, max 1.5k second hand car? I was thinking of Toyota Yaris, Aygo or Smart? It will do max. 500-600 miles every year, and it's for literally small distance tranpostation in London.

Bike is no question, so we need a small car and the area I live in full of non-skilled drivers, so something cheap is ideal, if someone hit our bumper or scratches while parking should not be a worry...
