I am looking for a rental for probably about 6 months, furnished or not. (To be used as a base for house hunting in the area)
Ideally it will be somewhere around Derby/Burton on Trent/Loughborough/Melton Mowbray.
Preferably a 3-4 bed house but a good size flat with decent parking might also work.
(If the house suits us, it could end up as a sale but lets not get ahead of ourselves)
