Register business Isle of Man

Has anyone transferred their UK company to the Isle of Man?
It would appear that there are no obstacles to running a company in the UK and registering in the IOM to benefit from 0% corporation tax.

Is it as straightforward as it seems?

If you need to live and work in the UK you are pretty much snookered.
