Connected Drive - Is it free or £?

Really confused on this one.

I have a new 3 series arriving soon with M Sport Plus. Is connected drive included or do I need to pay yearly?

Brand new cars include a three years subscription, after that you need to pay. You get a years subscription to Deezer / Napster too.

After that you we’d to pay.

....although the website through which you pay doesn't always work. And neither the dealer or connected drive customer services can/will help you with this.

So like me, you can end up with a car that doesn't work like it did at first, with no apparent way to fix it.

I am not a fan of connected drive...

Mine will be 3 years from build date in November. However, some subscriptions are up for renewal then, and others from the purchase date.
