Can anyone give me soe advice as to the most competitive place to insure a 308? I guess it qualifies for classic insurance?....

seems good value,,,insures some track days and european recovery was quite cheap.

Thanks Dan - tried them - a bit pricey -a mate's getting his Daytona insured for cheaper money than they quoted me for the 308 - and he's younger!!!!

Paul - 911 was insured thru Classicline, waiting for their call back - and yes - it's all going thru now

I'm with AON ... £450 pa for 3k miles, agreed value etc

Thanks for the help - I've ended up insuring it through RH Specialist Car Insurance - £330 for 5,000 miles with European breakdown cover, legal protection all included. These guys feature on the FOC site...

All the other usual suspects wanted nigh on £550....

Sounds like a very good deal mate,,you will be able to put the saving towards buying a few hawaian shirts for when you are out posing
