My Tom Tom is not working and have been using Waze I travel a lot for work.Really surprised how many cameras it fails to pick up. 3 today from west london to Bucks for example.
Do you mean fixed cameras? There’s a visual alert but the audio warning only happens if you’re over the speed limit.bad company said:

Ah Nice one I never knew that. I will look out for that. On the subject of speed cameras etc If anyone is looking for the ultimate mobile camera alert(also has fixed) try the Pocket GPS world app.
Free download and £20 a year for updates if you want. Only problem is as most mobile speed camera areas have been checked by the members there are an awful lot of false alarms,I use it as a one off when I go down to Cornwall and back not while I am there but like to push on as a long way. You can overlay waze on it if you want as well ,simple enough
A few years ago i hacked the Satnav on my E39 M5 to give speed camera warnings, within the nav was a facility to provide a proximity warning to a military base which is required in some European countries. By changing the icon from a tank to a speed camera, the verbage to an appropriate warning and populating the military base location listing with speed camera locations a proximity warning could be given, they would also appear on the map, the only drawback was that a warning would be issued even if the camera was not on route , for example if a camera was within a given distance even of not on the current road, very useful nonetheless.
don’t know if this is possible in the latest firmware and maps.
