Payment Gateway For Micropayments?

Looking at monetizing a Web App (SaaS) which would involve taking micro payments (around £1 per transaction). Currently basing the cost of payment processing on PayPal Micropayments (5% + 5p) which seems to be the best available?. It's a bit of a side line / dip the toe in the water kind of thing so I am not expecting massive volumes so only looking at £10-15K a year.
