Domestic Reverse Charge for CIS VAT

Haven't seen much on here but the new Legislation changes that were due on the 1st October have been postponed by 12 months until October 2020.

Gives anyone VAT registered using CIS a but more time to prepare.

Postponing three weeks before the due date, well done HMRC. Yet I listened to a live HMRC webinar on this subject only last week (another hour wasted) where they assured us that it most definitely was starting on 1st October. Sage (and no doubt other software providers) have just released a new version specifically to cope with this, I'm sure they'll be suitably impressed.

Well done HMRC. I can suggest a few other initiatives they should consider postponing.
