Michelin Restaurant North Normandy

We're going on holiday to north Normandy and fancy trying one of the area's 2 star restaurants (or possibly a 1 star if it's special). Currently looking at Restaurant Gill in Rouen, SaQuaNa in Honfleur or Jean-Luc Tartarin in Le Havre. All look fabulous but recommendations / experience welcome. Tx.
