Wing Mirror Cover Removal?

Hi guys

I am getting some paint work done this month and I thought it would be worth getting my wing mirror caps/covers repainted.

I have had a quick do and it looks like they have a snap in fitting like most cars, has anyone ever removed theirs or know the best way how to remove them?
