Replacement Engine Mounts for my Griff

As the title says, I need to replace the engine mounts on my 4.5L Griffith, I have seen 'Uprated' mounts offered by some suppliers.

Anyone know what 'uprated' means and are they genuinely better than standard, any recommendations whose to buy?
