Odd noise from the front

Morning,

yesterday I noticed a noise coming from the front of the car going over bumps.
I shook the car and recorded the noise and it was surprisingly loud outside.

Does anyone have any ideas?
I don't have a jack that I'm confident with so I'm going to try and borrow one today.
