Ebay Music Magpie - how to use warranty?

Bought an iPhone x from them about 3 months ago that had a 12 month MM warranty. There is a problem where by the screen doesn't work properly, but i can't find any way of contacting them.

They've stopped using ebay messages due to the number they were getting, they've stopped taking phone calls, but i don't know how to get through.

It was paid for via PayPal credit, but i don't think Paypal will help at this time due to being over 45 days.

Anyone got any ideas?

Doesn't matter that you purchased via ebay, you can make a warranty claim the exact same way as if you purchased direct.

Just as a recommendation, I have bought a load of books, CD's, (and some Lego) from Music Magpie and they have always been spot on for quality and service.
The Lego took longer than usual to arrive, but arrive it did.

PayPal is 180 days for some issues, Ie item not as described, worth trying if you get nowhere with MM
