Seen on the A16 just south of the Somme on Wednesday.

If it is what I think it is then I would not be moving it on a trailer like that. He had a lovely snake passing a lorry just before he passed us.

Type 55 coupe - according to Wikipedia one of 7 . . . . . .

Of course I may be wrong.

Follows the Spitfire doing a roll over Dover the day before as we were waiting to board the ferry.

Looking at the website it says

On chassis No 55229, belonging to a member of the CBF, Louis Richard Quetelard, the English Specialist Rod Jolley, based at Lymington Hampshire, has adapted the old Coupe body "Jean" from the type 55 No 55207, (today bodied as a Roadster Super Sport).

On the face of it then nothing wrong with any of that, an original body on an original car and all done by a very reputable restorer.
