Survey Website

I need to send out a form to a bunch of people to fill in. While it would technically be a survey, I don't want the responses to be amalgamated - I need to be able to see the individual responses of each person who fills it out.

The ones I've found to date seems to combine the results so you can't see what each individual has entered.

Does anyone have any recommendations - free is preferable

Have you looked at Google Forms? They can be set up/adapted as a survey.

I looked at these guys, but you can only have 10 questions. I need more like 110!

Maybe they only offer 10 for a reason - I suppose apathy sets in.

Agreed...but this isn't for public consumption - it's for a very specific data gathering purpose

Works perfectly. Thank you for the suggestion. Already set up and exactly what we need. I didn't even know Google had forms!
