Freeserve Logo, how to dump it?

I once used Freeserve as a dial-up USP. Now I don't but I cannot find a way to get rid of the logo in the top right hand corner of my browser. Does anyone know how to get rid of it please?

type in: rundll32 iedkcs32.dll,Clear
enter.
