Tyre Pressure Monitor - Rest Issues

I picked my car up from a BMW body shop yesterday after it got rear ended on the motorway and when I started it up, it asked me to do a tyre pressure check and reset the tyre pressure monitor (RDC). Not a problem as I have done this before with no issues.
I start the tyre pressure check whilst stationary and over the course of my journey home, it completes the check with all four tyres showing as green and it says at the bottom of the screen "Reset successful." before saying "Tyre Pressure Monitor (RDC) active."
However, I still have the little triangle in the dashboard and when I go into vehicle information, it is still asking me to do a tyre pressure check and reset the RDC. I have now done this a couple of times and yet it keeps asking me to do this. Over the course of 24 hour ish hours, the pressures haven't gone down so I don't think it is a slow puncture.
I may put a little more air in them and do it again, just to see if that makes any difference but other than that, I am struggling with what else I can do without giving it to BMW to look at. Has anyone else got any suggestions or had similar?
It is a 65 plate 4 Series GC.
