Nationwide gone a bit Wonga (40%APR) - alternatives?

In order to simplify things and make it easier for the customer they have doubled my overdraft rate (and everyone else's). Thanks for that - lovely behaviour by a mutual...! This is even on my paid account with them that used to have a free £250 OD. They blame the FCA

Is there anyone I could switch to that gives good overdrafts and generally behaves well
