dB Sound 718 vs 718s.

I ask a question for those who have the 718 or 718 s without GPF. Which is more noisy in terms of sound? I heard that 718 base with PSE sounds better than 2.5, how it is possible?

Volume wise they'll be very similar, without a back-to-back it would be hard to say for sure if they're different. EU noise regs would suggest they would be the same. In regards to quality of sound, I found the 2.0 to be a but smoother and sweeter sounding. The 2.5 was a bit more gruff and agricultural.

Sound is very subjective though, YMMV

Depends on the mileage imo, the sound changes as the miles go on and sport mode is loud whether you have a PSE or not.
