2020 calendar update as of 20/9/2019

[8Tech]

Hi fellow enthusiasts.

Good news, I have had the initial proofs through for the calendar. To keep everything neutral, I have let the printers select the final 12 images from the perspective of definition and how photogenic the images were, from the 19 chosen by my friendly professional.

HOWEVER

Initially, the thread asked for your "favorite pic of your car, taken by yourself", and whilst it was a fantastic thread to see all the proud owners displaying their cars, some presented more than one image.......fine,......I am not the forum Police, but three images made it on to the final 12 from the same submitter, with the same car!

I have therefore, rightly or wrongly, made an executive decision and de-selected 2 of those and replaced them with the 13th and 14th most suitable images. Sorry, but I thought that was only fair as I wanted it to be a community calendar, (otherwise we would have ended up with a Mr Tremlini Calendar!). He he.

If anyone can help with special Aston Martin event dates in 2020 to add to the calendar highlights, rather than the less important Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays, then I will hopefully get them added. Like Simply AM day at Beaulieu,

Meanwhile, I will try and update this thread as things come along, just keep an eye on the date on the thread title, I will try and change it everytime I post new news.

Cheers

Gerry.
