So I have just realised that my posture at the desk is horrific and this is probably contrebudding to my feeling less than stela. Does any one have recommendation for a standing corner desk that goes up and down so I can work up to standing more? that you have been using for a bit and how are you getting on with the standing desk as a whole?

I bought an adjustable thing that sits on my 'regular' desk from Amazon (around a hundred quid). I now stand 99% of the day and sitting feels wrong.

BUT... I'm 6'3" and I'm not sure it's quite high enough. I have some pain in one foot and think I slouch all my weight to one side.

Having said all that, I've lost a st load of weight (not just by standing!) and compared to my old almost-horizontal desk position, it's got to be a step in the right direction.

Got mine from IKEA, more of a desk with side return than out and out corner desk but does the trick, pretty big and cheap enough.

I've got a cheap manual ikea one , you can use it as a normal desk or higher it to a standing desk

I love it

Never really "got it at first" but I moved offices and kept it up all the time. Since using it raised my wrist and shoulder pain have gone , my body much much prefers being stood up all day
