Greenhouse emissions and fuel use

I've doing a little research - as I keep hearing wild claims (from both sides of the debate). One is that Volcanoes produce more CO2 than man.
This would appear not to be true. In fact Volcanoes represent (depending on sources) between 1% and 3% of CO2 emissions...but 43% of Sulphur emissions???
Very confusing.
Warming theorists seem to think man is behind most CO2 emissions.
But I've seen claims that man is responsible for around only 5% of CO2 emissions. I'd love to know where the rest is supposed to come from! Cow farts, volcanoes - what?
I am more than prepared to believe that the main Greenhouse effect is by water vapour (95%) and that a tiny fraction of water vapour is man-made. But what is confusing me is the 5% that caused by other stuff - and how much of that we're responsible for. I've seen claims that the man-made effect on greenhouse effectors is around 0.28% - clearly negligible.
I'd love to see a layman's guide to the weird statistics that seem to be trotted out with a proper breakdown of what effectors contribute to global warming, which are man made, and their percentage contributions. Anyone know where a reasonably unbiased set of charts can be obtained?

True but those herds only replace the mass slaughter of huge herds of plains grazing animals.
In north America think of the buffalo herds that were all but wiped out.
So I don't think there would be much difference.
Thats even if you believe in the global warming scare mongering, which I don't.
