Backup Solution requirements

Guys and gals,

I've been tasked with researching a possible replacement backup solution for a new entry level product that our company is developing..

The product is a linux based server running our "system"...

The file structure is relatively small, so a LARGE solution isn't really required..

We already have a relationship with Tandberg and utilise SLR drives in our other servers, however we are attempting to create a more cost effective solution.

Can anyone recommend any possible solutions? We don't necessarily have to stay with a tape solution...
